Land & Titling
Lots in Stages 1 to 10 are titled now. Display Village Release lots are due to title in October 2026. Each lot's status is shown on the masterplan.
We require a 10% deposit.
Yes. Power, water and NBN are in the ground, and roads are sealed and lit.
Building
As soon as your lot settles. Services are already in the ground, so there's no waiting for works to finish.
Yes. Buy the titled lot and build with your own builder, within the building covenants.
They cover dwelling size, walls, roof, garage, outbuildings, fences, driveways, nature strips, parked vehicles and keeping the building site tidy. Read the full wording on the Building Covenants page, or download the registered MCP.
Community & location
Yes — a primary school is open on site, inside the estate, and there are established primary and secondary schools in Drouin.
Yes. The walking trails are finished, lit and connected between stages. Stages 1 to 10 are finished and lived in, with a fenced dog park and the on-site primary school.
Buying process
You pay a $10,000 holding deposit, and we send the contract of sale to your conveyancer. You then have two days to sign the contract and pay the deposit.
We're flexible. Titled lots can settle 30, 60 or 90 days after you sign, whichever suits your build.
