About The Battle
LandGipps have partnered with Simonds Homes in making the innovative and socially-minded House and Land Battle! It is designed to benefit the West Gippsland community by generating much-needed funds for the Warragul and Drouin Football/Netball Clubs.
LandGipps will loan blocks of land in the Ferntree Ridge estate in Drouin and Brandy Creek Views estate in Warragul – Simonds Homes will build two stunning residences – and after auctioning each home, the profits from the respective sales will be donated to the Warragul and Drouin Football/Netball Clubs.
The House and Land Battle is a whole lot of fun, with a series of exciting challenges pitting the local football and netball clubs against each other throughout the build process, to ‘battle’ it out for supremacy and the best possible auction result.

Team Drouin
Ferntree Ridge is proud to be home to Team Drouin for the House & Land Battle! Lot 110 King Parrot Boulevard has been loaned by LandGipps with Simonds Homes building a beautiful home on it! We are excited to see the house come to life!
